A few days at home means a few days of baking… And we have a feeling this delicious new treat is going to be canonized in Babybear’s baking répetoire!

Here’s the recipe.  It makes a small batch, maybe 2 dozen cookies.

Kelsey’s cookies:

1 cup flour

3/4 cup baking soda

1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 cup butter

1/2  cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 and 3/4 cups oats

3/4 cup raisin (but we used chocolate chips!)

bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes and ta-da, it’s perfection!

Kelsey’s cookies were so, so good!  We’re loving the oatmeal!
